Data Bus Cable

Data Bus Cables are used for the digital signal transmission between for example sensors and the corresponding display units. Due to the high transmission rate and data flow, standard Data Bus Cables are not sufficient any more. For applications as for example parcel conveyor belts, sorting units in recycling plants and waste glass sorting a very quick transmission , evalutation and reaction are of greatest importance. We manufacture this for nearly all standard bus systems as for example Interbus-S and loop, CAN bus, Profibus, DeviceNet and Safety Bus.

They are designed in compliance with the mil-std-1553 standard. They are 22, 24 and 26AWG screened twisted-pair cables insulated with PTFE or PFA. All of products are designed to meet 77Ω characteristic impedance. 24 AWG cables are a good compromise between the electrical, space and weight characteristics while 26 AWG cables provide weight saving. They exist in different versions: aeronautics, space and Eurofighter.
